MSA 815570 V-Gard Full Brim Hard Hat, Fas-Trac, Hi-Viz GreenThe MSA 815570 Hi-Viz Green Full Brim Helmet is a comfortable shell and suspension unit that offers lightweight protection with limited resistance to top impact and penetration. The design of the shell is attractive which will assist with worker acceptance of this helmet. The shell of this helmet is made from a lightweight polyethylene while the full brim offers extra coverage at the sides and the back of the neck.The V-Gard hard caps have the Fas-Trac ratchet suspension which allows for the hat to be adjusted by a knob while being worn to fit 4 different sizes. This hard hat can be adjusted fo fit sizes 6 1/2 to 8. In addition, this MSA cap also includes a Cushionaire sweatband and adjustable crown straps. Complies with ANSI Z89.1 1997, Type 1, Class E and G standards (formerly Class A and B).Replacement Hard Hat Suspension is available from MSA as the 473332 Ratchet Adjustment Suspension.
