Features and Benefits Each facepiece comes with three peel-away windows, six respirator wipes and a storage bag. Oral nasal cup reduces fogging and lessens dead air space to improve worker comfort by limiting re-breathing of exhaled air. Chin cup helps to position the facepiece properly. Hard-coated polycarbonate lens affords an over 200° field of vision, provides excellent optics, is scratch resistant and meets ANSI standards for impact and penetration resistance. Two overlapping sizes, small and medium/large, will comfortably fit most users. With many of the same components of the 7600 Series facepiece, replacement part inventory will be reduced. North 5400 Series Full Facepieces are compatible with all North cartridges, filters and accessories.

This latex free mask does not have any rubber proteins that may cause allergic reactions. North Safety 5400-series has wide panoramic polycarbonate lens which meets the ANSI standards of high impact and provides vision in all directions. The elastomeric full face North respirator can be adapted to PAPR or supplied air. Four-point head strap secures the face mask to the user’s face.

The low-maintenance, cost-efficient Advantage 1000 full-face respirator provides top-notch protection without breaking the bank. The unit weighs 40% less than conventional full-face respirators and uses the same cartridges as the Advantage 200 LS respirator for additional flexibility. The Advantage 1000 respirator is constructed of soft Hycar rubber and features a wraparound flexible urethane lens that offers a comfortable fit with increased vision. The facepiece is available in three sizes and has a unique inturned lip that provides a strong seal. The unit also has a speaking diaphragm for clear, short-range communications and a nosecup to reduce lens fogging. The fully elastic, six-point head harness promotes quick donning and removal.
