The Brady M5C-1500-595-WT-BK is a continuous all-weather vinyl label cartridge designed for use with Brady BMP51 and M511 portable label printers. Based on Brady’s proven B-595 indoor/outdoor marking film, this 1.5-inch wide, 25-foot continuous roll delivers professional-grade cut-to-length labels in black print on white — providing maximum legibility and versatile application coverage for a wide range of industrial labeling tasks.
The B-595 material is a high-gloss, flexible, low-shrink vinyl film with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered to adhere reliably to rough, highly-textured, dirty, and smooth surfaces alike. The adhesive performs across an application temperature range of -40°F to 180°F, making it suitable for cold storage environments, outdoor installations, and high-heat industrial areas. Once applied, labels are designed to withstand up to 8–10 years of outdoor exposure, resisting UV light, oils, detergents, dirt, grime, salt spray, and many common solvents and chemicals. RoHS compliant to 2011/65/EU (Pass 2015/863).
This cartridge is purpose-built for demanding industrial identification applications including wire and cable marking, equipment ID, pipe marking, terminal block labeling, outlet and jack identification, serialization, barcode labeling, arc flash labels, safety signs, warehouse marking, and visual workplace labels. The continuous format gives users full control over label length, enabling custom-sized labels to be printed exactly as needed without pre-cut size constraints. The drop-in cartridge design is compatible exclusively with Brady Authentic M5-series printers (BMP51 and M511) and automatically communicates material specifications to the printer for optimized print settings.
Note: Not recommended for bare concrete or unpainted wood surfaces. Brady Authentic materials are required for use with M5-series printers; non-Brady materials are not compatible with BMP51 or M511 printers.
