This NACo Public Promise Procurement Contract Number 24-6814 was awarded to Safeware through Lead Public Agency Cobb County, GA. The intent of this contract is for a broad selection of public safety, industrial safety, law enforcement, emergency & disaster preparedness, response & recovery supplies, equipment, services and solutions to Cobb County and participating Public Agencies (PPAs). The Master Agreement provides that any county, state, city, special district, local government, tribal governments, school district, private K-12 school, technical or vocational school, higher education institution (including community colleges, colleges and universities, both public and private), other government agency or nonprofit organization (each a “Public Agency” and collectively, “Public Agencies”) may purchase Products, Services and Solutions at the prices indicated in the Master Agreement upon prior registration with P.P.P., in which case the Public Agency becomes a “Participating Public Agency”.
