Air Systems International Industrial Saddle Vent® Ventilation for confined space measuring 14 1/2" X 3 1/2" X 43 1/2" provides continuous access to the manhole for either entry or egress. It has 8" OD top and bottom opening with temperature ranging -158/250 deg F. It takes up only 3" in a manhole and acts as a fresh air conduit to the workers. It increases worker productivity ability to perform confined entry rescue and is used in non-hazardous locations.

Provide static removal for hazardous locations. Takes up only 3 in (7.6 cm) in a manhole and functions as an air conduit. When set in place, vent supplies continuous ventilation to workers while eliminating the need to remove the air duct each time a worker needs to enter or exit a confined space. Designed for ventilation in hazardous or potentially hazardous locations. Constructed of black conductive polyethylene. Use withconductive ducting (order separately;) and an explosion-proof blower(order separately;) to make an electrically conductive ventilation system that is designed to remove static electricity build-up. The 90º Elbow removes severe kinks in the air duct and allows for rotation of the intake duct to any desired position at the street level. Universal mount ordered separately.

The saddle vent ventilator provides continuous access to the manhole for either entry or egress. Traveling in and out of the confined space can now be done quickly and safely. The Saddle Vent increases worker productivity as well as the ability to perform confined entry rescue. The entire Saddle Vent system can be completely set up in less than five minutes. Eight inch air duct is installed on the bottom of The Saddle Vent and run to the bottom of the manhole. This allows fresh air to be supplied to the workers and displace any harmful gases that may be deadly for the occupants. The use of the 90 degree elbow removes the severe kink in the air duct and allows for rotation of the intake duct to any desired position at the street level. The kit includes SVB-E8-2 blower and SV -CUP saddle vent ventilation kit.

Air Systems International Single Speed Electric Blower Kit includes 8" SVB-E8 blower and SV-CUP Saddle Vent® ventilation kit. It has 8" air duct that is installed on the bottom of The Saddle Vent® and run to the bottom of the manhole. Duct permits fresh air to be supplied to the workers and removes any harmful gases that may be deadly for the occupants. 90 deg elbow displaces the severe kink in the air duct and permits for rotation of the intake duct to any desired position at the street level.

Air Systems International AC Axial Canister Fan with 15' duct installed features power rating of 1/3 HP and has outlet that measures 8" dia. Portable fan has noise level of 72 dab at 3 feet and is CSA approved.
